Inpatient Care

We have 105 inpatient beds across our UK hospices where we offer respite and end-of-life-care.

Patients and their families can have access to the following members of the multidisciplinary team:

• Consultants in palliative medicine
• Nurses
• Doctors
• Physiotherapists
• Occupational therapists
• Social Workers
• Bereavement Counsellors
• Psychological support
• Complementary therapists
• Dieticians
• Chaplains
• Pharmacists

It is usual for our patients to stay in our inpatient units for up to two weeks at a time. An assessment will be carried out on admission to ensure that each patient receives the care and support that they need.
