As Information Systems Support Analyst you will be a member of our IT Services Team, who provides support to the organisation for all its IT and telecom requirements. You will work closely with staff helping them to get the best use of the Information Systems we provide.

You may have excellent technical skills but this role will also be a challenge for your communication skills as you will be providing remote assistance by phone and e-mail to people who do not have your technical expertise. Experience of working in a support role with a wide range of computer skills would be an advantage.

Your job will include:

• Telephone Support
• Online Remote Assistance
• Incident escalation and management of incidents placed with third-party suppliers
• Producing management reports
• Occasionally attending meetings at various locations around the UK
